Tele-Medical Bluetooth Interface for Medi-Link

Smartlink launches its new Bluetooth interface for advanced features of incorporating Tele-medical monitoring into the new Medi-link system. This new feature effectively allows monitoring companies to now have the added ability to offer Tele-medical monitoring as well as normal medical alarm monitoring for a wider range of services to the aged care and medical monitoring industry. The first two devices that can now be interfaced into the medi-link unit are, Blood pressure (model UA767PBT) and Weight scales (model UC-321PBT) – available from A and D products. Incorporating inbuilt self test voice prompts the unit will data store readings into the medi-link unit for remote extraction anytime. It also has the ability to set special monitoring parameters that if breached will immediately contact the control room for urgent action with full auto two way voice capabilities.(E.g. Extremely high blood pressure etc.).
